B creative Arts Zone

The Bcreative Arts Zone will be a place for everyone to engage, enjoy and celebrate. We have programmed a great array activities ranging from Rangoli workshops to making Puppets and Kites including story time for the little ones. Alongside music and dance with an exotic, global feel on the Mango and Guava Stage, Bcreative have programmed a mix of creative workshops and leisure activities inside the b-creative arts zone. This zone will bring traditional and contemporary forms of arts encouraging active participation in creative and craft making activities that inspire and motivate. The bcreative zone will be animated by variety of interactive spaces for children, young people, adults and families. Given below is a flavour of what you will see this year.

Sanctuary Tent

Sanctuary Tent will bring together a very diverse group of people to make music, sing, dance, and have fun together, while also demonstrating to those who came to visit us that the indomitability of the human spirit shines through grief and anguish, very real trials and tribulations. Those of us committed to working with Asylum seekers and Refugees have the greatest respect and admiration for so many of them, and count ourselves proud to be their friends. The Sanctuary Tent will host a programme of performances by different groups from the refugee community, with, if last year is anything to go by, spontaneous happenings erupting from time to time.
