Bradford Council took over the management of Bradford Mela and despite torrential rain on the Saturday, the weekend went ahead successfully with video presentations of what life could be like in the city in 2020 in‘The Village’, and the Moving Minds Project series of workshops, displays and performances inside a series of Mongolian Yurts.
