The Children's Zone
There are lots for families and children to do at Bradford Mela! One of the highlight this year will be the Children's Zone. It is an interactive arena where children and families can get busy with lots of things to see, make and do. There will be performances and workshops, which take place inside a huge big top and share the theme of the International Year of Biodiversity - celebrating the diversity of nature and life on earth.
Also for children there’s a giant funfair guaranteed to set your pulse racing, and an exciting mix of sports and community activities. They can have a go at making a costume for the Lord Mayor’s Carnival Parade; play on the swings and rides in park’s own play area; and enjoy delicious foods, sweets and ice creams available at huge array of stalls.
